Ministry Partner Info
To all the Ministry Partners at The Fellowship:
Thank you for worshiping with us! We serve a mighty God!
We’ll be using this page as a place to share much of the information you need and want regarding The Fellowship. We want to be sure our church family stays informed, but we know different people desire different types and amounts of information. This page will supplement and provide additional details to some of our other means of communication such as MyFellowship, email, announcement videos, Twitter and Facebook, and stage announcements.

Who’s making the decisions?
God has blessed us with a wonderful staff who knows how their ministry areas fit with the direction of The Fellowship. God has also blessed us with non-staff leaders who seek God’s glory for The Fellowship. The Elders will continue overseeing the ministries of The Fellowship. Our staff will continue operating in their day-to-day fashion, involving the executive pastor, Len Taylor, when necessary, as they coordinate and manage the numerous areas of ministry in our fellowship. Our Human Resource Team will continue helping staff needs and the Budget and Finance Team will continue monitoring the financial affairs of the church.
Who will be preaching on Sunday mornings?
Our teaching team will provide the preaching for Sunday mornings. Campus pastors are working with the teaching team to form series of messages from our pulpit each week. The team will rotate through on both campuses bringing consistency and unity in the ministry of The Fellowship.
What are we doing next?
We will press on with the vision God has given us. This means we will continue to build and grow both the Mt. Juliet and Two Rivers campuses. We will serve those communities and be a light for God to our neighbors.
What is our mission?
Our mission is to do whatever it takes to devlop disciples of Jesus Christ. Disciples are people who:
- Gather – When believers get together to worship, pray and minister.
- Grow – The work of the church and believers for gospel-based, grace-oriented development of faith, character and skill.
- Go – Identifying people and places for the church to engage in sharing the gospel, planting churches and meeting physical needs through compassionate ministry.
How are we handling the finances?
We strive to maintain an openness with our finances. We operate on a calendar year. We will post Financial Reports here following finalization and approval by our Budget & Finance Team.
